LEADERSHIP Tim MoriartyPresident Tim Moriarty, President of AutoGuide Mobile Robots, is a proven leader of technology driven organizations serving demanding markets that value equipment performance, reliability, superior economics and great product support. Prior to his current role, Tim was the leader of Teradyne’s Nextest business unit for over 10 years where he led their market share growth in the hyper-competitive memory test equipment market from under 10% to over 40% in 2020. Justin Holwell, BSMEDirector of Hardware and Controls Engineering Justin Holwell has over 20 years of experience in mobile robotics and material handling systems. Prior to joining AutoGuide Mobile Robots, Justin was a Director of Engineering at Symbotic. He previously worked as Senior Mechanical Engineer at both PRI and The Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. Justin received his Mechanical Engineering degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Justin has been awarded 9 patents in robotics and automation, and he is committed to applying his range of experience to the creative development of efficient autonomous solutions. Mike Harper, BSME, MBAVP of Sales and Marketing Mike Harper has an extensive track record in successfully leading growth-stage technology companies. Mike joined AutoGuide Mobile Robots with a wealth of sales and leadership experience in robotic automation and industrial systems integration. Mike has been a key member of many executive teams, including FANUC, Adept Technology, and Festo. Mike is a Georgia Tech alumnus where he earned his Mechanical Engineering degree followed by an MBA in Finance from East Carolina University. Mike is charged with providing knowledgeable customer support with a focus on client success. Mike CullinaneDirector of Customer Operations Mike Cullinane brings over 40 years of global customer service experience to the AutoGuide Mobile Robots Team. Prior to joining AutoGuide, Mike was the Head of Customer Service Operations at VAT Group and the Senior Director of Global Customer Service Operations at Brooks Automation. Mike has extensive experience with service operations, and global customer services infrastructure requirements. Mike applies his strategic leadership and creative problem-solving skills to continually enhance the profitability, productivity and efficiency of the service infrastructure for his customers. Dave Levasseur, BSME, MSMEDirector of Software Engineering With over 30 years of experience in material handling systems and industrial automation equipment, Dave leads AutoGuide Mobile Robot’s software development. Dave previously worked as the Senior Principal Software Engineer at Symbotic, and Software Manager and Architect at both Speedline Technologies and PRI Automation. He earned two degrees in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Over the course of his career, he has developed an affinity for System Performance Optimization which he achieves through detailed data analysis and algorithmic development. Chris Nault, MBAVice President of Operations With over 20 years of experience, Chris Nault has an extensive background in leading global supply chain and operation organizations. Previously, Chris led operation teams within Teradyne with responsibility for regional demand, supply planning, warehousing, logistics, global customer support, and sales operations management. Chris has also led supply chain and operation teams with Bowers & Wilkins, D+M Group, and Genzyme. Chris earned a degree in operations management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Babson College Graduate School of Business.
